31 fruit trees were planted on the property in October. With the help of Steve Udall digging the holes with his backhoe. Ethan was kind enough to let us borrow his skid steer to fill in the tree holes with dirt. Karl lent us is tractor to smooth out the land after planting.

Breaking up the root ball.

Top soil for the watering ring around the tree.

Deep holes require a little shoveled backfill.

Margie got more water on her than she did in the tree wells.

Smoothing out the orchard with a tractor borrowed from Karl.

Spider web of hoses to water the trees until we get an irrigation system installed.

Finished planting all 31 trees! It only took two old geezers 4 days to complete this project.
